With our supervisor to interviewer ratio of 1:8, call monitoring procedures and interviewers trained through MRS AITS we can ensure that your project is managed and delivered to the highest professional standards.

With full sample progress and performance reports on every project we provide vital information to you and your client ensuring any project issues are quickly identified and dealt with effectively. As with all our tabs, all reports can be produced in .pdf, MS Word or MS Excel formats including company branding if required.

All our interviewers are inducted onto a thorough training scheme from AITS trainers before embarking on any project. All interviewers are then monitored with feedback provided on their performance.
