b. Monthly training sessions for every interviewer...this month we'’ve played back interviews to the team in their indivual one2one's to discuss introductions and persuasion techniques. A much more engaging way to improve
c. It’'s not just interviewing quality. All three Project Manager’s now have additional administrator support and ISO quality assurances and processes from start to finish

2. All scripts checked by administrators AND tel unit before test links are sent to you
3. All tabs & data qualified by a second Project Manager before being sent
As ever our very low cost base means we can still do all this whilst providing online CPI’s from £1.50 and CATI CPI’s from £5.60...these are actual costs of projects in field right now!
It’'s been another busy month with over 8000 interviews done in September and in addition to our daily consumer & b2b trackers we'’ve tackled some really interesting projects...just two examples are here:
a. We recently stepped into help another fieldwork agency recruit a patient healthcare audience where another provider had struggled. We completed the remaining 75% of the fieldwork for them on time and on budget. We reached this niche audience via our links with HCPs and through attending support groups to generate interest
b. We've also recently freefound UK residents who have used debt advice services...an incidence of just 2% amongst the population...again, on time and on budget. A really interesting and relevant topic in today's society
