Handling everything from questionnaire design and printing we conduct the mailouts, the collections & returns, the processing & scanning right through to the data & tabs at the end...and guess what?...We use the same Project Managers so the output and reporting is the same format and consistency!

When he’'s not, according to Tristan, shuffling papers, he can either be found watching rugby, in the gym fighting an ever losing battle or with his daughter inevitably doing something Peppa Pig related! Having overseen thousands of CATI & online surveys both in the UK and internationally there are very little questions (none, if you ask him!) about data collection that he cannot answer

Liz has been with us for almost 10 years and is the backbone of the office. Without her we wouldn’'t operate and more importantly, we wouldn’'t get paid! On a weekend Liz loves nothing more than socialising in her beloved town of Sowerby Bridge or can also be found booking exotic safari’s to Kenya!

Kelly joined us at the start of 2011. Supporting the Call Centre in ensuring we meet all our quality control targets and supporting the company in keeping our marketing efforts on track. We now wonder how we ever managed without her! On a weekend it wouldn'’t be unknown to find Kelly ringside supporting her partner in white collar boxing matches!!

Debs forms one half of the consumer supervising team. As with everyone else, Debs started on the phones and progressed as one of our best interviewers. As with all great Team Leaders she’'ll constantly be found coaching and mentoring the interviewers and when she'’s not bringing out the best of them she can be found getting excited about her new iPhone...just five years behind the rest of the world

Gabriel is a man of few words, but whilst you might not hear him you’'ll almost always find him on the end of the phone or email as he rarely leaves the office! When he does eventually go home we’'re not sure what he does but I wouldn't read too much into the cowboy costume!
